Red Snapper recipe

  We all know crispy juice fish can be prepared by deep frying in the oil.  Would you like to try crispy juice fish without it being deep fried in oil?  


I got here fresh 21/2 pound Red Snapper which I prepared using only 4 ingredients and cooked without deep frying in the oil. When I prepared this recipe for the first time, I was amazed that the right ingredients together give the best taste to any recipe.  


Have you ever wondered that in restaurants, the fish or meat just tastes delightful without much ingredients on them. I would like to share a moment with you which made me feel that way . That was in one of the restaurants in Santa Barbara Wharf's Moby Dick Restaurant. We tried the Santa Barbara Grilled whole fish served with French fries and seasoned vegetables. It was cooked to perfection. The taste was so pleasant. We didn't see much spices on them but the flavor was delightful. We were glad we tried it. If you have a chance to visit Santa Barbara wharf, if you are a seafood lover, then I recommend you to try that menu item in Moby Dick Restaurant.
