From childhood, I grew up eating dosa and idli at home, occasionally at Arya Bhavan, Madurai. Dosa is my favorite breakfast(yummy). In US, I couldn’t find any place that offered dosa I ate growing up with. That made me to explore how to make prefect crispy dosa that my mom made at home.  The secret for crispy dosa and soft idli are that the batter has to be in a right consistency.  After many trials at home, finally I learned to make my favorite crispy dosa and soft idli.
